With over 40 years in the construction industry, Gene has experience in design, project management, and inspection in both public and private sectors. Projects include single family custom homes, multi-family residential construction, motels, restaurants, offices, commercial shell and tenant improvements, seismic/energy/ADA retrofits, and school modernizations. Gene worked as a deputized certified combination building inspector and performed hundreds of residential and commercial combination inspections.

Gene decided to start offering building inspection services all over California as a result of seeing the need for more qualified building inspections from individuals with a firm understanding of the major building codes, as well as a broad range of experience in the construction industry over several years.
